The HR Failed Me website hosts open discussions about the direct experiences people have had with Human Resources (HR) regarding workplace bullying. The stories should be truthful and told in the first person. Feel free to post negative or positive tales (yes, positive stories are welcome -- some HR reps are heroes).

Please do not post identifying, personal information, the name of the HR rep, or the employer.

This is a public forum. Posts to the forum should not be quoted or reposted without the permission of the post author. The Drs. Namie reserve the right to publish selected posts in other media to tell the story about HR's role in resolving workplace bullying cases (e.g., in the forthcoming book for employers).

The rules of interaction are simple:
